The challenge. Danville Community School Corporation needed to renovate the facility that houses its maintenance and operations functions — the backbone that keeps every other building in the district running — along with associated athletic site work at the high school. Public-school standards, clean documentation, and a schedule that respected district operations all applied.
What we did. R. Chavez Construction delivered the renovation as general contractor, working alongside the district and architect Barton Coe Vilamaa. We coordinated every trade, handled the athletic site-work scope, and kept the project transparent and on schedule from preconstruction through closeout.
