Is R. Chavez Construction an MBE-certified contractor?
Yes. R. Chavez Construction is a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) with both the State of Indiana and the City of Indianapolis. When we serve as your prime general contractor, your MBE participation requirement is met at the contract level — not through a subcontractor workaround.
